5. User Conduct
All users of Mastua must agree to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Mastua staff.
- Attempting to circumvent the platform to conduct transactions off-platform to avoid fees.

- Engaging in any form of spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications.
6. Intellectual Property

By posting content (listings, reviews, images, etc.) on Mastua, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Mastua platform and all content, services, and tools provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. Mastua does not warrant that:

- Any agent, landlord, buyer, or seller listed on the platform is reliable or trustworthy.

Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any real estate transaction.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mastua, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any property transactions conducted through it.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Mastua (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
